User Data Deletion Policy

At Ambisius, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your business data. This policy outlines how you can request the deletion of your personal and business data collected through our platform.
1. What Data Can Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our active systems:
Account Information: Your WhatsApp phone number and authentication tokens.
Business Data: All generated databases, product details, inventory, transaction history, and uploaded documents.
Generated Applications: Any custom applications, dashboards, workflows, and configurations created by our AI for you.
Usage Data: Your interaction history with our AI agents.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data through the following methods:
a. In-App Request
Navigate to the Settings menu within your Ambisius-generated application and select 'Delete Account'. Follow the prompts to confirm your request.
b. WhatsApp Agent Request
Send a message stating 'Delete my account and all data' to the official Ambisius WhatsApp AI agent.
c. Email Request
Send an email to our support team with the subject 'Data Deletion Request' from the email address associated with your business profile, including your registered WhatsApp number.
3. Data Retention and Processing Time
Timeline: Once we receive and verify your deletion request, we will process the deletion of your data within 30 days.
Backup Systems: Some data may remain in secure, encrypted backups for an additional 60 days before being completely purged, in accordance with our disaster recovery protocols.
Legal Obligations: We may retain certain transaction records beyond the deletion period only if strictly required by law for accounting or legal compliance purposes.
4. Consequences of Deletion
Account deletion is irreversible.
Once your data is deleted:
You and your invited team members will immediately lose access to your generated applications.
Your business processes managed via Ambisius will be permanently halted.
Data cannot be recovered once the deletion process is complete.
