All information you submit is accurate and lawful
3. Account Access
Users access Ambisius via WhatsApp-based authentication.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining control of your WhatsApp account
All activities conducted through your Ambisius-generated applications
Managing access permissions for invited team members
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Upload unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
Use the platform for illegal business activities
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the system
Misuse AI-generated applications in ways that may harm others
You are solely responsible for the data entered into your generated application.
5. Generated Applications
Ambisius generates applications dynamically based on your requests.
We do not guarantee that:
Generated apps will meet all business requirements
Outputs will be error-free or uninterrupted
AI-generated logic will be suitable for all use cases
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated features before operational use.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all business data entered into your applications.
Ambisius does not claim ownership over:
Product data
Transaction data
Customer information
Business processes configured within your app
7. Service Availability
We may:
Modify platform features
Limit or suspend access
Perform maintenance or updates
without prior notice when necessary to maintain system stability or security.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ambisius is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We are not liable for:
Business losses
Data inaccuracies
Operational disruptions
Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
